BOND SUMMARY: /EGBs-GILTS: Safe haven FI continues to be boosted by a risk-off
tone (Apple earnings warning, coronavirus). Bunds and Gilts are off best levels
but remain much higher: March RX up 33 ticks at 174.78 (H: 174.92); Gilt futs up
30 ticks at 133.76 (H: 133.86).
- Curves bull flattening as well.
- Italy / German 10-Yr spread 0.8bps wider at 131.4bps.
- Main focus this morning is on the data: UK has employment data out at 0930GMT,
while the German Feb ZEW is at 1000GMT.
- A bit of ECB speak, with Panetta speaking in Brussels at 1345GMT.
- On the Supply front, Germany will issue a new 0.0% Mar-22 Schatz on Tuesday
for E5bln. Meanwhile Belgium syndicating Jun-40 OLO, books open.
