EGB SUMMARY: EGBs have been catching up with some of the moves seen in USTs last
night following the dovish Fed statement.
- On the theme of dovish central banks, ECB Vice President de Guindos followed
up Draghi's recent comments saying that the ECB is prepared to act and that
risks are "clearly biased downward."
- The Eurozone data calendar has been fairly quiet today but kicks off again
tomorrow with the release of the flash PMIs.
- Bund futures are up 0.34 today at 172.50 with 10y Bund yields down -2.2bp at
-0.311% and Schatz yields down -0.6bp at -0.749%.
- BTP futures are up 0.87 today at 134.84 with 10y yields down -7.3bp at 2.033%
and 2y yields down -7.1bp at 0.135%.
- OAT futures are up 0.39 today at 164.46 with 10y yields down -2.4bp at 0.022%
and 2y yields down -0.7bp at -0.666%.
