EGBS: EGBs not enjoying the firm German CPI data and the Bund contract has
dropped to 162.83. Some of the improvement is in core inflation, although in the
volatile package holidays category but will still be encouraging for the ECB.
- Frederik Ducrozet at Pictet Wealth Management writes "Some upside risks to
German CPI/HICP inflation which is likely to come in at around 1.8% YoY in
November based on CPI in Bavaria, Hesse, Brandenburg."
