Oil output in the major US shale oil basins is forecast to increase by 76kbpd to a record high of 9.357mbpd in March according to the EIA drilling productivity report released yesterday.

- Permian +30k to 5.682mbpd
- Eagle Ford +4k to 1.180mbpd
- Bakken +21k to 1.199mbpd
- Niobrara +5k to 0.674mbpd
- Anadarko +12k to 0.445mbpd
- Appalachia +3k to 0.140mbpd
- Haynesville unchanged at 0.037mbpd
