  • The day delayed API US oil inventory data is due at 16:30ET ahead of the EIA Weekly Petroleum Status Report tomorrow. US crude oil inventories are expected to have built by 0.8mbbl in the week to Sept. 6, according to a preliminary Reuters survey. Gasoline is expected to draw 0.4mbbl and distillates to build 0.3mbbl.
  • The OPEC Monthly Oil Market Report is due for release today (at 12:45 CET last month) with focus on the global market balance and future demand growth forecasts.
  • The EIA Short Term Energy Outlook is scheduled at 10:00ET (17:00BST) with updates for oil, gas, and power, as the market looks for indications of the future pace of US supply and outlook for demand growth.
