Eskom Extend Load-Shedding, Contradicting Gordhan Promises

  • Eskom have tweaked the load-shedding schedule further – contradicting Gordhan’s claims that power cuts should ease this week – by continuing to cut 3,000MW from the grid until Thursday morning. This tips the run of power cuts to 118 day this year – the worst on record.
