  • The EU summit continues today after they in principle agreed to a ban on seaborne Russia oil. The technical details are still to be agreed but with pipeline flows not included the EU have effectively granted Hungary an exemption from the embargo.
  • No other data releases are expected today but any further updates regarding the easing of covid restrictions and fall in case numbers in China could add to the bullish trend.
