RIKSBANK: EUR/SEK slips to the day's lows of Sek10.3740. Despite holding rates
unchanged, the bank extended their mandate on FX intervention and highlighted
their belief that the SEK rate has developed more weakly than expected, adding
that they believe the currency will strengthen gradually in the coming years.
The Riksbank reaffirmed their guidance that rate increases are to start toward
the end of the year.
