With the Jun>Sep Gilt roll starting to get underway (First Notice date is May 30); a quick check of MNI Pi structural positioning sees Gilt at "flat" as of May 22, unchanged from our most recent full Pi update on May 15. Shorts were set in the most recent week.
- Eurex contract rolls get underway a little later this month, ahead of the June 8 deadline. There we see structural longs in Bund and OAT, with Buxl the lone short in Europe Pi (Schatz, Bobl, BTP are flat). The most recent week saw mainly long reduction across the space.
- We'll update Eurex Pi this Friday to provide plenty of time ahead of the rolls.
