no surprise as he is considered hawkish (and little reac in EGBs).
- Main events this morning are the UK Supreme Court ruling on parliament's
prorogation (expected 1030BST) and German IFO (0900BST).

* Dec Bund futures (RX) down 27 ticks at 174.27 (L: 174.17 / H: 174.43)
* Germany: The 2-Yr yield is up 0.2bps at 0.488%, 5-Yr is up 1.2bps at 0.412%,
10-Yr is up 0.7bps at 0.559%, and 30-Yr is up 0.6bps at 0.978%.
* Dec Gilt futures (G) down 27 ticks at 133.45 (L: 133.32 / H: 133.54)
* UK: The 2-Yr yield is up 1.4bps at -0.728%, 5-Yr is up 0.8bps at -0.746%,
10-Yr is up 0.7bps at -0.574%, and 30-Yr is up 0.5bps at -0.083%.
