     ESM / EFSF: Q2 long-term funding targets are a combined E6.5bln. That
follows E9.5bln in Q1.
- The EFSF scheduled funding target for the second quarter of 2019 is E4.0bln.
- The ESM scheduled funding target for the second quarter of 2019 is E2.5bln.
- Q3 expected E6.0bln, Q4 expected 10.5bln.
NETHERLANDS: The Dutch state is to issue a Green bond in May, with maturity >=
15 years and target volume of E4-6bln. Announcement day is April 8.
FINLAND: The State Treasury does not publish a calendar of auctions. Information
on upcoming bond auctions is announced approximately one week before the auction
date.
