EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE
EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE: Eurozone T-Bill issuance has been completed for this
week, with E10.5bln allocated by the Netherlands, France, Spain, and the ESM, vs
E13.8bln last week.
- RECAP: To recap issuance for this week: on Monday, the Netherlands sold
E1.82bln of Oct 2018 DTC. Later on Monday, France sold a total of E4.944bln in
T-bills, comprised of E2.797bln of 3-month BTF, E1.050bln of 6-month BTF, and
E1.097bln of 12-month BTF. On Tuesday, Spain sold E0.325bln in 3-month Letra and
E1.430bln in 9-month Letra for a total of E1.755bln. Also on Tuesday, the ESM
wrapped up T-bill issuance for the week, issuing a new 6-month Bill for
E1.999bln. 
- REINVESTMENT FLOWS: T-bill redemptions this week are due from France E7.5bln
and ESM 2.0bln for a total E9.5bln. This will leave net cash flow at positive
E0.99bln, compared with negative E11.9bln last week.
- SCHEDULE: Issuance next week is likely to pick up slightly compared with this
week's E10.5bln, with France, Italy, and Greece scheduled to come to market
(details for each sale set to be announced on Friday Aug 24).
