EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE
EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE: Eurozone T-bill issuance has started for 2019 and
concluded for this week. France and Greece both came to market taking market
eurozone issuance to E6.61bln Vs E6.5bln last  week. 
- RECAP: Greece kicked off the weekly T-bill issuance on Wednesday selling
E1.625bln in 26-week July 5, 2019 T-bills: E1.63bln sold to competitive bidders,
E0.375bln to non-competitive buyers. 
Later Wednesday France wrapped up weekly T-bill issuance, allotting E2.92bln
3-month Apr 3, 2019 BTFs, E1.10bln 6-month Jun 5, 2019 BTFs, and E0.96bln
12-month Jan 2, 2020 BTFs. 
- CASH FLOWS: With E11.4bln in redemptions scheduled for this week, net cash
flow is estimated to come in at negative E4.80bln Vs positive E6.5bln last week.
