ECB: Excess liquidity in the Eurozone increased to E1.778tln Tuesday from
E1.767tln the night before according to latest ECB figures. Use of ECB deposit
facility dropped to E658.303bln from E665.14bln Monday, while use of the ECB's
marginal lending facility picked up to E497mln from E344mln.
