FED: Fed VC Clarida on CNBC. Q: Re Philly Fed number: A: The fundamentals of the

economy are strong... I think there's no doubt there has been a decline in trade

policy uncertainty. Financial conditions and policy are accommodative. And of

course the housing sector has been strong and will support growth.

- Q: What are you watching re Coronavirus? A: I get daily updates on it. Vis a

vis the US, looking for some body of evidence that we need to make a material

reassessment of our outlook. We have not done that yet but we are monitoring it.

Looking at multiple indicators on it. It's too soon to tell but we are

monitoring closely.
