  • Argentina: President Alberto Fernandez said Thursday that the government is progressing in “understandings” with IMF staff toward a new program. Fernandez also called on the IMF to publish a self evaluation of the stand-by arrangement it approved for Argentina’s previous government in 2018 before his government signs a new deal with IMF.
