Flat To A Touch Richer

JGBS

The latest bid in the U.S. Tsy space has resulted in some modest outperformance for the 10- to 20-Year zone of the cash JGB curve, with longer paper perhaps limited by the proximity to tomorrow's 40-Year JGB supply. That leaves the major benchmarks across the cash JGB curve little changed to ~1.0bp firmer on the day. It has been a bit of a lacklustre session after the elongated weekend in Tokyo, with broader headline flow relatively light up until the last 30 minutes or so. Futures have edged higher during the Tokyo morning to last print +1.
