The amount of crude oil held around the world on tankers that have been stationary for at least 7 days fell to 83.24m bbl as of July 22, down by 1.65mn bbl w/w, according to Vortexa.

  • That's the lowest since February, and down 1.9% from 84.89m bbl on July 15.
  • Middle East floating storage is down 26% w/w to 7.04m bbl.
  • West Africa is up 43% w/w to 6.95m bbl.
  • Europe is up 9.4% w/w to 7.09m bbl.
