GILT SUMMARY: Following yesterday's wafer thin majority for the no-deal Brexit
legislation put forward by Yvette Cooper and Oliver Letwin, Eurosceptic members
of the House of Lords have proposed seven procedural amendments in what is seen
as an attempt to frustrate the bill. 
- Meanwhile, Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn remains under pressure from members of
his own party to push the advantage to secure a second referendum, which so far
he has been reluctant to do. 
- Gilt yields are back to the middle of the day's range, having traded sideways
since the open. Current yield levels: 2-year 0.680%, 5-year 0.821%, 10-year
1.078%, 30-year 1.618%.
- The Jun-19 gilt future trades at 128.40, 11 ticks off the high.
- Short sterling futures are broadly 0.5-1.5 ticks lower ono the day.
