French FM: Nuclear Deal 'Negotiation Advances Way Too Slow'

French Foreign Minister Yves Le Drian, speaking in Brest, France after an EU foreign ministers meeting voices his concerns about the talks in Vienna on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPoA, the Iran nuclear deal).
