Future Give Back Gains

Futures lower in South Korea, giving back some of yesterday's gains as the won strengthens while equity markets tread water in early trade. 3-Year future is off session lows and currently trading flat, 10-Year future is down 8 ticks at 128.37. Markets continue to focus on coronavirus developments which saw social distancing measures extended for two weeks, though restrictions for private gatherings of four people are allowed as long as there are two vaccinated members in the party. South Korea said that 48.3% of the population have had the first vaccine, while 21.6% have been fully vaccinated.
