Gasum Procures Large LNG Cargo From SEFE

Finland’s Gasum is delivering a US LNG cargo it procured from SEFE to the Inkoo FSRU, marking the fourth large shipment the firm has delivered to the terminal since the Balticconnector gas pipeline between Finland and Estonia suffered a rupture and was shut down in early October, the firm.

  • The LNG cargo is approximately 800GWh.
  • Gasum still has one more reserved slot at the Inkoo FSRU for the latter part of the winter season.
  • Earlier this month, Gasum delivered a smaller 100GWh cargo with its own vessel to Gasgrid due to increased heating demand in the country amid the ongoing cold snap.
