EURO-STERLING
EURO-STERLING: GBP softening against the EUR over the past few hours, with
Brexit risk premium back to the fore more recently during the NY/Asia crossover
(see previous bullet for further details). Rate last dealing at GBP0.9065 after
bears failed to force a break below GBP0.9000 on Tuesday. Our technical analyst
doesn't flag much in the way of resistance until 0.9138-.9145, the Jul 20 & Jun
30 highs.
- The question on everyone's mind: Is the Telegraph source report accurate, or
is it posturing from the UK?
