CABLE: GBP's decline appears to have stalled ahead of the $1.30 handle, sparing
the pair from any further downside in the meantime. A break below the handle
would mark the first since Sep12 and would open up a move below the 50-dma at
$1.2984. EUR/GBP also moves back to flat, crossing back above Gbp0.89.
