GDP growth over a rolling 3-month period came in at +0.3% in February, 
the same as in January. On a monthly basis, growth slowed a little, 
coming in at +0.2% vs January's +0.5%. The service sector was the 
laggard in Feb, gaining just 0.1% m/m. The financial/insurance sector 
continued to contract, recording a 22nd 3m/3m with no growth (21 -ve and 
flat in Mar 2018).
