- Lib Dems launch campaign in Westminster. Swinson says Johnson is "unfit to be

PM" and Corbyn "cannot be trusted by Remainers". Says party will not enter

coalition with Con or Lab.

- Conservative Jacob Rees-Mogg makes first gaffe by leading politician of the

campaign, stating it would have been "common sense" to flee Grenfell Tower fire

against fire brigade advice. Swiftly apologies.
