BUNDS
BUNDS: German Bunds tracked the broader risk-on theme in Asia-Pac trade, trading
a touch lower than settlement on limited volume, operating at session lows as we
move towards the traditional European open.
- Schatz -0.015, Bobls -0.030, Bunds -0.11.
- Participants will focus on German GDP data due later today, as well as an
address from ECB President Draghi. Elsewhere, the UK's House of Commons will
conduct its meaningful vote on PM May's Brexit deal.
- Broader EZ bond market focus remains on supply, although volumes are set to
cool after last week's mammoth issuance. Germany will come to market with
30-Year paper tomorrow. Worth remembering that net EGB cash flow turns negative
this week, following last week's positive EUR37.4bn.
