EUROZONE ISSUANCE
EUROZONE ISSUANCE: Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Slovakia issued
T-bills this week. We estimate supply of E30.5bn compared to E21.2bn last week.
- RECAP: On Monday Slovakia sold E135mn of May 5, 2021 bills. Germany then
allotted E6.59bn of 6-month and 12-month bubills. The Netherlands then sold a
combination of 3-/9-/12-month DTCs for E6.4bn. Later in the day France sold
3-/6-/12-month BTFs for a combined E9.98bn. Italy capped the week off with a
sale of 6-month and 'flexible' (9-month) BOTs on Wednesday for E10bn.
- CASH FLOWS: E8.6bln of redemptions will leave cash flows at E21.9bln for the
week.
