Germany's Third LNG Terminal Due First Cargo This Month

The LNG cargo secured by Olaf Scholtz on his visit to the UEA is on its way to Germany and is due to arrive in Brunsbuttal at the end of the month.

  • It appears to be the commissioning cargo that the UAE's ADNOC agreed to sell to Germany's RWE as the first delivery to Brunsbuttel during Scholz's visit to the UAE at the end of September 2022.
  • Brunsbuttel will be Germany's third LNG import facility to open up since mid-December, following the Wilhelmshaven and Lubmin facilities.
