Gold drifted lower in a holiday thinned........>

GOLD
GOLD: Gold drifted lower in a holiday thinned session, last trading $6/oz or so
worse off, around the $1,729/oz mark, even after a fairly downbeat round of
weekend new flow, as a light uptick in e-minis applied some modest pressure to
the yellow metal. Nothing has really changed on the technical front.
