GOLD: Gold has edged lower during Asia-Pacific hours, with U.S. Tsy yields
edging higher, albeit marginally.
- This has left the yellow metal $7 or so worse off, last dealing at $1,418/oz.
- The contract stuck to a tight range on Monday, looking through comments from
Trump Fed pick Judy Shelton, as she expressed her preference for a 50bp rate
cut, perhaps a sign of things to come if she is elected to the FOMC board.
