GLOBAL MARKET/OPINION: Goldman Sachs looks at the low rate volatility and
concludes "low implied rates vols should be expected: implied volatility
historically tracks lagging realized volatility closely, and recent realized
interest rate volatility is also close to an all-time low. The low realized
volatility, in turn, appears consistent with relatively low volatility of data
surprises". 
- They believe that inflation could be the trigger higher volatility.
