Greek, Turkish Reps Trade Barbs Over the Aegean

  • Finance Minister Nebati late yesterday announced a new Treasury package targeting SME assistance via financing and addressing the lack of suitable collateral. The package comes as part of the ministry’s strategy to prioritise production, exports and employment.
  • The package follows yesterday’s source-based reporting that Turkey are looking to launch a fresh set of cheap loan programmes for businesses ahead of next year’s elections.
