FOREX
FOREX: Greenback begins to gain some ground ahead of the NY crossover, following
the lead of US 10y yields, which move back into positive territory on the day
(trades 2.6626% last). With little data on the docket today, focus remains on
the prospect of a US-EU car tariff tussle, with Trump set to receive the report
dictating whether he can install tariffs on EU autos on national security
grounds. Elsewhere, focus may turn to Walmart earnings, due in just under 40
minutes, equivalent of over 1% of the S&P500.
