Treasuries have extended this week's recovery from 136-14+, Monday's low. Short-term gains are considered corrective and much of this played out as prices softened into the Thursday close. The focus is on 136-13, the 76.4% retracement of the rally between Jan 12 - 27 where a break would expose 136-01, Jan 12 low and a key support. The 20-day EMA has been probed, further gains would open 137-10+, the 50-day EMA. Key resistance is at 137-20+, Jan 27 high.
