Bobl futures are looking bullish as the dips become increasingly shallow and a
bull flag formation builds. This puts the focus back on the upside and the Dec 6
high at 132.570, above here would open the bull flag breakout target at 132.700.
For bears, the downside target comes in at last Thursday's low at 131.910, below
which is needed to reignite downside momentum and open the Nov 19 lows.
