Schatz futures faced strong selling pressure Wednesday and in the process cleared near term support levels. The break lower strengthens a bearish threat and confirms an extension of the pullback from 112.305, the Nov 26 high. A resumption of weakness would open 112.070 and 112.031, Fibonacci retracement levels. The contract has recovered from Wednesday’s low.
