Bulls clearly remain in control, with Wednesday price action failing to trouble
the Tuesday, or weekly, lows, but a consolidation theme has been prevalent ahead
of the key FOMC rate decision. Daily technical indicators point to further
gains, bringing the May 30 high & 38.2% retracement level at 121-12/13+ into
view. A downside break of the ascending trendline at 120-06 is needed to return
the outlook neutral, opening a run at the 200 & 100-dma's at 119-19 & 119-08
respectively.
