UST futures faltered throughout the European morning but had a stronger session
during US hours. Nonetheless, the late recovery was unable to trouble recent
highs, keeping the short-term outlook neutral for now. A close above the Dec 9
high at 120-30 would open the May 30 high & 38.2% retracement level at
121-12/13+, ahead of the Feb 6 high at 122-21. Bears need a close back below the
200-dma at 119-16 to regain control, focusing on a break of the 50-dma at
118-24, ahead of the Oct 8 low at 117-13+.
