US TSY FUTURES: *** Hasn't happened since inception the Sep Ultra-bond futures
(WNU) triggered a circuit breaker of 194-06 (up 3-0/32 from Tue's settle of
191-06) at 0732ET, next price was 194-14 at 0738ET. 
- The CME Group dropped daily price limits in Tsys in favor of circuit breakers
-- implementing "Rule 589 (Special Price Fluctuation Limits) to apply price
fluctuation limits to certain Interest Rate futures and options contracts"
according to the exchange, on December 14, 2014.
- Some clarity on the limit, during extended trading hours (ETH) from
1800-0820ET, WN futures has a 3-tick limit (Level 1) where the market halts for
2 minutes/matches for 2 minutes and re-opens. During the "pause" the future "can
trade lower but not higher" desks say. ETH level limits rise in 3 tick
increments to 12
- After 0820ET (regular trading hours: RTH 0820-0800ET), the new Level 1 limit
starts at 9 full ticks, rising successively by 3 full tick increments to 18
