Hauser on the wind-down of temporary purchases: "We have been working at pace to design an exit strategy that meets these goals, and will be announcing our initial approach shortly. Just as our financial stability purchases differed in important ways from QE so our initial financial stability sales will too: there will be no binding volume target for sales, but rather a demand-led approach guided by market appetite."
