FOREX
FOREX: Having touched pullback lows of $1.2810, GBPUSD has so far failed to
bounce suggesting the recent downtrend could be set to continue. A break of
$1.2800 opens short-term channel base support at 1.2736. EURUSD in a similar
move comfortably holds below $1.1400 with near term support at $1.1368/56 from
the 61.8% & 76.4% retracement levels of $1.1336-1.1421. Also a worthy reminder
of the very large E1.49bn option expiry at $1.1350 rolling off for today's NY
cut.
