Race against the clock for Congress... Again. House Rules Committee had been due to meet as early as 8amET, now could be 10am or later.

  • Fox's Chad Pergram: "Here we go again. We still don't have bill text on the coronavirus bill. Rules Committee may not meet until 10 am et or later. This could delay timing for passage of the bill in the House and Senate today. I am told aides worked all night. But the bill isn't finished yet."
  • "The timing of the Rules Commitee is important because it dictates how fast the House can start on the bill. And some members will absolutely want to see bill text before the debate and vote - especially on a bill of this magnitude."
