HUNGARY
- HUF is now trading at a new all-time low against the Euro, with the pair breaking above the 402.90 level this morning as Russian 'default' is weighing on the forint and Hungary risky assets.
- We previously mentioned that even though HUF is currently 'extremely cheap' either using a 'fair' value approach or historical ranges, it remains very risky as the forint has been sensitive to the Russia/Ukraine developments.
- Next resistance to watch on the topside stands at 410.798, which corresponds to the 123.6% projection of the 352.40 - 399.60 range.
