IAEA Head: No Agreement Reached w/Iran

Speaking to the International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors, the body's DG Rafael Grossi states that the talks he held yesterday with the Iranian gov't were inconclusive, stating that "We could not finish.". Jason Brodsky at UANI tweets: "He [Grossi] is not giving up on finding an understanding. But in terms of what he was discussing yesterday, they could not conclude an agreement. Grossi says we concluded yesterday, they are still talking but not in terms of dotting an "I" or crossing a "T," the issues are still there and they are still talking. Despite his best efforts, both sides could not agree yesterday.There are a number of outstanding issues regarding Karaj and safeguards matters. He says "it was not possible for Iran to agree with us." He says talks were constructive, correct, professional, but both sides could not reach an agreement."
