- A total of 444mbbls of open Aug23 Brent options positions are currently due to expire today. Current open interest is 272k for calls contracts and 172k for puts.
- The aggregate open interest across all ICE Brent options is 1.685m calls and 1.156m puts contracts.
- The biggest nearby strike of interest is at 72.5$/bbl with 5.7k of open put contracts. Currently 8k of puts sit below the market at the 70$/bbl strike and 9k of calls are at the 75$/bbl strike.
