- A total of 361mbbls of open Jan23 options positions are currently due to expire on Friday 25th November. The futures settlement is an hour early at 18:30GMT on Friday due to the US holiday. Current open interest is 212k for calls and 148k for puts.
- The aggregate open interest across all Brent options is 1.411m calls and 0.860m puts contracts.
- Open interest is mostly on the puts around the current market levels with the biggest nearby strike of interest at 85$/bbl.
