Brent technical conditions are unchanged. The recent rebound off the Jun 13 low
is viewed as a correction and further upside potential near-term is likely to
remain limited. Major resistance remains at the $64.10 level, a break here is
required signal a potential reversal. A decline back below $60.25 triggers a
renewed bearish signal putting the focus back on the $59.45 low. Below here
targets $56.77. Maintain a bearish stance below 64.10.
