- Ifo EXPECTATIONS: Bbg Cons: 93.0; Prev (Nov): 92.1 

- The BC is seen broadly stable with markets pencilling in a meagre 0.5-pt

uptick in Dec 

- The index edged up to 95 in Nov after having stood at 94.7 for two consecutive

months. 

- The CS index has remained at relatively low levels for the last four months;

however, the index is projected to rise by 0.2pt to 98.1 in Dec. 

- Markets are looking for expectations to increase to 93 in Dec, which would be

a six-month high. 

- Fwd-looking survey indicators support market expectations with the Sentix

index reaching the highest level since Jun, while the ZEW showed an uptick of

both the expectations and current conditions index in Dec
