Implement Tax Breaks - Ministry

CHINA PRESS

China will implement beneficial tax policies to support SMEs and technological innovation, according to the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation. Among the measures, authorities will exempt SMEs from paying value-added tax if monthly sales are below CNY100,000 and they will benefit from a 50% reduction in other taxes including resource, urban maintenance and urban land use tax. Authorities will maintain the policies until Dec. 31, 2027 reflecting the government's determination to support small and micro enterprises, the ministry said. (Source: Yicai)
